| Our secure, easy to use shopping cart will assist you in ordering on-line,
by fax, mail, or phone. Our cart allows you to make all your gifts selections and automatically totals your order including
tax (when applicable) and delivery. After you have made your gift selections, simply choose your payment
preference.
Secure online credit transaction: Order with confidence via our secure on-line form. Credit card via telephone All we need is a call with your credit card information. Credit card via fax or mail: Use our shopping cart to assist you. Print a copy of your order, fill in the credit card information, and fax your order to us at (360)769-7230 Order via mail: Use our shopping cart to assist you. Then simply print a copy of your order for us, and one for your records. If you do not wish to use our shopping cart: You are welcome to place a phone order, or use our print-out, fill in, mail or fax in order form. Credit card orders will not be charged until order is ready to ship. Custom and personalized orders including gift certificates will be processed upon receipt of order. Please make check or money order payable to Animal Krackers. Personal check orders will take 15 business days to process. We use the shipping method best suited to each situation. Delivery charges are based on the total dollar amount per shipping address as listed on the order form. Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together. You will be charged only one time for shipping. In-stock items are shipped immediately. Though we cannot stock all breeds in all colors in all items, most items ship within a brief period of time. Custom and personalized items may take longer. Please tell us if your order is needed right away. We will do our best to meet your time requirements, but we'll let you know if we cannot.
